How it Works

It's all pretty simple and there aren't really any "gotchas" but there are a few things you need to know.

Real Estate:

1. To qualify for a free pet, just use me as your real estate agent on either the purchase or sale of your property.
2. At the closing of your real estate transaction you will receive your certificate.

To Adopt a Pet:

1. The certificate you will receive is only redeemable at the Humane Society of Waupaca County.
2. It will cover up to $200 toward the adoption of a pet of your choice. Please note that this amount will cover the total cost of most adoptions but depending on the pet you choose, the cost could be more than $200 and you would be responsible to cover the balance.
3. The Humane Society of Waupaca County's shelter adoption criteria does apply.

To Have Your Current Pet Sterilized:

1. If you don't choose to adopt a new pet but already have a pet and it is not sterilized, the certificate can be used for a spay or neuter surgery.
2. It is redeemable only at the Wolf River Veterinary Clinic.
3. Again, the certificate is good for up to $200 toward a spay or neuter but in most cases this will cover the total cost.
